Database
There are three databases which deserve mention:
- Eligible Users
Actuarial Work-Products, Inc. maintains its own data of Eligible Users. Only it has access to such database.
- Plans and Addressees
These two data bases are only for the use of the Eligible User and permit a multiplicity of plans, vendors, etc. Each such database is separate and unique for each Eligible User and accessible by none other.
- Claim Lag Data
A separate data base is maintained for historical claim data and is accessible only by the appropriate Eligible User.
For review and quality control purposes, Actuarial Work-Products has access to all data bases. Also, unless purposefully deleted, the data inputted for each Work-Product remains in the file indefinitely.
